  The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable, but this store has been absolutely terrible at handling an order for a new iPad. As a customer, I really don't need to hear details about corporate workflows and point of sale systems. When I make the drive to pick up my iPad (after being delayed due to the wrong device being ordered or shipped), I just want to pick it up and get out of there in a reasonable amount of time. My order is still hung up in some business process glitch. It was sitting right there on the table, but I could not take delivery of it without waiting another 15 minutes or so. I ran out of time and had to leave, so now I have to make another trip to try again. These are really nice people, but you end up in the bowels of a workflow machine when you deal with them. This really runs counter to the high quality personal service that they provide at the point of sale.
