  After today I will NEVER set foot in this location. My husband and I live in AL and I visit my mother once or twice a week and we ALWAYS go to Tom Thumb for gas, drinks, lottery etc. We usually go to the one on Airport but we made the awful decision to go to the one on W Street. The cashier in the green shirt was rude AF!!! I approached the counter to buy scratches and another man was coming up and she said to me I can't help you I have to take care of this customer. Rude#1. Then when it was my turn I was undecided on what scratches I wanted and she tells me you need to hurry up I hate having a long line (there was NO ONE behind me) Rude#2. Then my husband comes up and gives her Powerball slips and her attitudes does a 180 she's like oh do you want power play and when we tell her we're from AL she states oh I really hope they let you guys get lottery up there have a great day!! Yeah okay love Tom Thumb but I will not give that store my business ever again!!!
