  I ask the salesman "Mike" to lower my Data plan and dropping my son's phone off our plan. He said that would drop the price $70 on the data plan and about $20 for my son's phone. He did not tell me that the data plan would add $10 to each phone, $20 more. With the savings he told me I decided to get a new phone, $18.74 for 24 months. After going through the papers Mike handed me on the out, I discovered the extra $20. Went back the next day and Mikes first response was "Oh that print out is always wrong." With the manager trying to see why the price went up, he told me about the $10 extra for each phone. I did not want that deal, so I wanted to cancel the new phone and now they want $35 restocking fee. So I have to pay $35 because Mike (in his words) "I didn't Know about the extra $10 for each." Oh yes, I will be changing away from all Att services.
