  My wife manages a liquor store in Panama City Beach an one of her distributors suggested we go take a tour of Swan Neck. We didn’t really know what to expect when we set out on our two hour journey but I will say it was well worth it. The owner took time out of his very busy day to allow us to come check the place out off hours. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and we walked away with a ton of information. The product was amazing, I personally had not tried mead before but it was delicious. The care taken in the brewing shows through in the first taste. All natural ingredients along with the extreme attention to detail in caring for the brew. You can clearly taste each flavor profile and there is no alcohol afterburn taste that I could notice. No matter if you are a local to Pensacola or if you have to drive a few hours you will not be disappointed.

  Great selection, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. They also offer discounts to Military, First Responders and Navy Federal. They have Teacher appreciation night on Fridays. You can taste test before you buy. The prices are on par for Mead and they have a great variety of flavors. Two thumbs up!
