  My wife and I came here searching for a washer and dryer not knowing much. Tommy was kind and was patient and very knowledgeable in his appliances! We left satisfied and know he recommended us a great set for years to come! I know where to go for any appliance needs! Thanks again Tommy!

  This locations customer service is second to none. I will buy here first whenever possible. We couldn't beat the price on their washer so we bought one used and it flooded a good portion of our first floor. Tommy, the manager handled everything quickly and professionally. We ended up getting a really good deal on a new unit. It turned out to be a big mess, the shipment of the new machine got delayed so we have been almost 2 months now without a washer, but, this Sears outlet did everything they could to keep us as customers.
