  I genuinely dislike this place. For starters, the store's food layout is completely different from other Sam's and makes no logical sense. The employees here are loud and seem to not care. And worst of all, this place is a mad house and seems busy all the time. The only positive I can say about this location is the attached liquor store is has great prices.

  Sam's proves to be disorganized once again. I ordered online for local pickup. Couldn't find someone who was dedicated to managing the front service area so I could get my receipt. An employee walking by asked if I just needed a receipt. I replied yes, so he took my paper and disappeared. Then the regular front service area employee shows up... but I no longer have my paper work to finish my check out.... several minutes later, the man returned with my receipt. The situation would have been better had he told me what he was doing... I have only done this 3 times and 2 of the 3 have not been pleasant. They should allow people to print their own receipt via self checkout. This is the 3rd time this has happened... this process should be easy, efficient, and customer friendly. Maybe I've gone at the wrong times... I don't know. On top of the cluster-craze, Sam's decides to force everyone to exit the entrance door since it was before normal store hours. The person checking identifications at the entrance was also checking receipts... another cluster-craze! This has happened to me before as well. How asinine!
