She was having a conversation with another associate and continued her conversation (WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGING US) until I finally said “hello... how are you?” She replied “good,” and then KEPT TALKING TO THE OTHER ASSOCIATE. I was thinking, this lady can’t be serious. I have never in my life felt awkward checking out in a retail store... until today. Customer service should always be the #1 priority.
