  I've been going here for years. Mrs. Nguyen knows what you need better than you do. Always good, fair service, and excellent results. She may not win over the thin-skinned, but her work is second to none.

  Never again. I don't argue about the capability...they do good work..they take money upfront but said the cc machine was down so pay in 3 days when we pick up because the machine would be working by then...ok..so 3 days later I went to pick up..they first couldn't find the pants...15 minutes later they found the pants at 3:15 pm (untouched) said they would be ready at 4....I returned at 5:30 to pick up the pants..they were ready...I go to pay and she says..um, our machine doesn't work...I said, I have no cash on me to pay with...she says sorry but no machine..so again I left without the pants..I still don't have the pants and still have to return for the 3rd time tomorrow to pick up the pants. I'm officially over it. Won't be using this place for alterations again..let's hope tomorrow they can find the pants.

  I had a wonderful experience with Rose and the staff. My pants were hemmed and they fixed the zipper. I needed them quickly, and they were ready on time. Very good work and reasonable prices!! Thank you!
