  I recently purchased an engagement ring from them and they did a great job. I already had some diamonds from my grandmother's rings and wanted to put them in a new setting. Chad helped me sort through their available designs to create something really special. Some of the stone settings had to be altered in the store, but you'd never know work had been done on it. Another jeweler told me that a similar order would take over a week, but when I took it to Richard Bryson, they got it back to me in 3 days, on Christmas Eve. They even rushed the ring sizing so my fiance could wear it the day after I gave it to her on a trip. Their customer service in unbeatable, and the product I received was top notch. I will definitely be using them for the wedding bands and other future purchases.
