I usually do not write bad reviews but I’m going to make the exception today. This is the third time in the past four months that some of my items were not provided to me after paying. Although this may not be a problem for most, I live over twenty miles from this location and it is a huge issue for me. I am sick and some of the things included in those items were medications. When the store first opened, they were very good about asking if you need any help to your car and they bagged your items. Today, I had to bag my own groceries and the cashier started ringing up the next customer’s items and sliding them in the bagging area before I had the chance to finish bagging my own. She never offered to assist me or make sure my things were all together. The Customer Service representative was very friendly and stated that my things were put with the next customers orders and they returned them. Thank you! I was at register 10 on Monday, January 15th at 4:11 pm. I would appreciate it if the managers could make sure their employees are keeping with Publix usual high standards in the future.
