  The worst customer service in the business...they like to talk and not listen to the customer. My system needed service and they told me I had to have a warranty or the service would cost. Had the service for several years and NOBODY ever told me about a warranty...just another way to get in someones pocket. I called them in February and told them I did not need their service and to cancel..now I get a bill!! Do not use this service unless you need to call customer service up and listen, they won't listen to you.....
