  I called for a furniture donation pick up. When they arrived they told me they couldn’t carry things down the stairs; I had a sofa and a desk (I live in an apartment complex). I’m in the process of moving so to find this information out when they arrived versus when I made the appointment is very frustrating. I tried calling the store to verify this information (at least five times) and no one answered. I scheduled a pick up because I don’t have the means to drop off myself! This info should be clearly stated - “we do not pick up furniture that needs to be moved downstairs!”

  I love this place! The staff is awesome. Anne is always so kind and genuinely friendly. Anytime I have a need for my home, I check here first. I have always found what I needed and more. It's my favorite thrift store!
