Their straight up crooks. My daughter gave them $160 to order a bulb for a projection tv and after making excuses for 8 weeks for not having the bulb called and said they had the bulb and gave my daughter a blown out used bulb. We have this confirmed by a reputable tv reapir shop. All I can saw is again don't give your money away their crooks !!!!!!!!!
