  I was looking for a new security system and researched the most common companies. Of course ADT was at the top. I made the phone call and spoke with Jess. She answered my questions and asked me a few. I scheduled my in home appt. so a representative/installer could see what I needed. I was fortunate to have Joe and Ray show up! Joe reviewed his recommendations and listened to my needs. Ray was in training and I really enjoyed watching the training process while my system was being installed. I was not pressured, but I was given my options. I appreciated the fact that there wasn't a sales pitch that pressured me. It was thorough. Joe was excellent with his training skills. Both men had great personalities and were very respectful to me. I would recommend ADT to others. I am a new customer but I have confidence in the service I have acquired.

  I just want to say I never thought I would need a home security system. Best experience ever. Nick was great and patient. His partner was a blessing. They didn't just make this affordable but they gave my kids a piece of mind and my kids now feel safe. Thank you guys! May God bless your tremendously.

  What can I say other than my experience was a pleasant one ,the technician were well knowledged about the equipment ..It was fast and easy ..in and out with installation.. Adt technician are the best.
