  My experience with the Bridal Suite has been amazing! I had been to several bridal stores and had not had the best luck. When I came to the Bridal Suite I was a little discouraged, but Maureen and Leigh changed that immediately! The reason I purchased from the Bridal Suite is because every employee made me feel like family. Also, they worked with me to make sure I was 100% happy with my wedding dress. I basically designed a whole new dress and the Bridal Suite staff was beyond helpful. They never made me feel like I was a bother and answered all of my questions. Not to mention you get discounts on other products when purchasing a wedding dress from them! I have had to visit the store several times, because of designing my dress and fittings, and every time I am greeted with warm smiles! For my initial fitting my sister and her two young children came along to see the dress, the employees were very sweet to my family and the kids. The Bridal Suite goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Maureen and Leigh always say that they want their girls to feel special! I feel like I have made friends with the girls at the Bridal Suite!!

  The Bridal Suite is the absolute best! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I gave them a rough description of my dream dress and my consultant was able to find the prefect one. They were just as excited about me finding my perfect wedding dress as my mom was. They know how to make a bride feel welcome and special. So glad I chose them, and I can’t wait to bring my bridesmaids there to get their dresses.

  For starters, I am only leaving one star because i have to. Leigh, the owner, of this establishment was beyond rude. My friend (the bride-to-be) and I were here for her to try on and potentially purchase her wedding gown. We had our three smaller children with us, (3, 2, and 1). The two older children were playing on the stage while my friend tried on dresses, but they weren't being loud or getting into anything they shouldn't have been getting into. The consultant did not have an issue with the children and she was helping us directly. The owner comes over and tells our children to stop running as if they were her kids. I am the type of mother who will leave a store if my child is being disruptive or acting in a manner that she should not be in public....we were in there for 45 minutes already and I did not get up and leave with her, all the while the owner was shooting me nasty looks because our children were on the stage. We were the only people in the store and as I've stated, the toddlers were not causing issues at all. The bride-to-be found her dress, it was perfect, THE ONE, and as she is about to go try on the last two dresses to make sure that the dress she loved was, in fact, the one she would be purchasing; the owner comes up to me, with an attitude and tells me the children need to get off the stage because another bride was coming in. I immediately got up with my children and left. I sat in the EMPTY parking lot for a good 10-15 minutes waiting for my friend to leave the store. She gets to the vehicle and we sit there for another 15-20 minutes to find that there is still NO ONE entering the parking lot to go into the store. We would have been out of the store by the time the "next bride" would have been there. I personally think the owner was just trying to get us out of the store because we had our children with us. She lost a customer who definitely would have been getting her wedding gown from there. She should learn how to handle a situation that involves children a little better; parents do not take lightly to others being rude or negative to their children. We will never go back to this dress shop.
