  I love The Bridal Loft! They have a great selection of elegant wedding dresses here. Brandi and Brenda are both so friendly, sweet and patient. I did most of my wedding dress shopping on my own and Brandi was so helpful picking out dresses and giving me honest and positive feedback. She definitely had my best interest at heart and I couldn't have been happier with my selection as well as with the alterations done in-house.

  I just don't understand why there's a need to be so rude. Being a bride is so stressful. I had two thousand hard earned bucks to spend towards my dress and because I walked to the "clearance rack" all the employees just assumed I wasn't going to purchase anything. After telling the owner what I was looking for she gave me flippant adice and walked away. Not only were we there for wedding dresses. My sister needed a senior prom dress and she fell in love with one. I fell in love with a wedding dress as well... full price. We were about to just help ourselves (because that's how they treated us)- The owner made a few hushed comments about my family and I, which after hearing I was so un-happy and un-comfortable I just wanted to leave. There were no other appointments in there and it was a monday... come on. Be Kind and courteous. Definitely won't spend ANY money here.
