I was sent here one time by Apple themselves to have my phone fixed. I rely on my phone for my job. Waited patiently with an appointment set by Apple themselves and then was told I can’t be helped and they don’t know why Apple sent me there. Don’t go here to get help. Just know what you need and leave.
