The store is clean and well-lit, and they have a wide selection of clothing for everybody in all price points. Some great deals, too. The homegoods section used to be better "back in the day," and I'll never buy sheets here again after buying super-high-end sheets and having to return them for pilling after a single. The better handbags department at the other department store is MUCH larger. Cosmetics area is pretty good, and if you watch you can get some great bonus. Fine jewelry . . . not bad. Never enough people there. In fact, that's my biggest complaint. There are never staff members anywhere in the store. So while I'll still go there, I'll need to remember to set aside double the time it takes me to actually find my stuff.

After standing in a line beside dressrs with 1 other customer for 20 minutes, I went to another register in purses. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to ring up a single customer, I've been a cashier for 2 years. It was ridiculous. At the purse register, it took 2 people over 10 minutes to look for a purse instead of checking me out. Then when one of them finally decided to check me out, she was rude and acted like she shouldn't have to be waiting on me. I won't be going back, had I not needed the shirt I was purchasing from work, I would have left.

I love to shop at this place. Amazing clothing that you can guarantee nobody else is wearing but the staff are Debbie Downers!!! I can't tell you how many times I've gone in there excited like a kid on Christmas morning only to get to the register and get an attitude by an employee. I don't know if corporate or management reads these interviews but they need to address this. I'm speaking specifically of the Pensacola store at the mall. I'm so sick of it that I'm reconsidering not shopping here anymore and it bums me out. However, I refuse the experience that has been consistently bad as far as service. It's like going to a really great restaurant with great food and the service ruins your experience. What's the point? I have to question why I even go there anymore. Sometimes the great food isn't enough anymore.
