  Sales folks were great as usual (we have bought several items from Ashley in Pensacola, FL and Spanish Fort, AL). Furniture, especially couches, are hard to come by when it comes to my disabled wife's comfort. The Micro-Fiber sleeper-sofa we bought may just work out. The delivery was actually ahead of time (first time I can remember being so) and the 2 man crew was attentive and helpful in moving our old sectional out to my waiting trailer for transport to Good Will.   We love Ashley Furniture. When the 2014 flood hit and our home was ruined and we lost all of our furniture, Ashley Furniture was the only store around that gave discounts to flood victims who needed all new furniture. We recently went back to purchase a couch and found the same woman (Kimberly Hunter) who originally helped us and she was again, so friendly and helpful. All of the staff is great and easily responds to calls and emails.
