  Worst experience ever! I've never had such terrible customer service. Even when we ordered counter tops all the women in the office were extremely rude. They told us our tops would be done in week and then called us on the last day to say another two weeks. We had to beg for a refund and they still charged us stupid fees (like the credit card fee) even though they were the ones who messed up! And then wouldn't give us back the paperwork we brought in with our measurements on it. After our experience we asked around and heard nothing but bad things. We will never go back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

  Worst experience I ever had. The office manager and one other person do not have the customer service skills to help. They tell you one thing and do another. Unfortunately, this is the only counter top business that cuts counter tops. Basically, the business is biased to the larger contracts and push smaller orders to the side. They tell you it will be ready one day and never call to tell you they pushed your order back. When you call they act as if they lost the order or change what they said before. When you confront them all they want to do is argue and not fix the problem even when given a solution. Worse company to work with. I suggest going to Mobile Mills Distribution they have a three to four day turn around or go to Lowe's or Home Depot. You might wait a little longer, but they have great customer care.
